Ways to keep your skin protected!

  • A shot of sunscreen a day is what you  need to achieve maximum sun protection, about a shot glass 30ml for your entire body.
  • Never skip sunscreen on cloudy, rainy days or even in the winter. The sun rays still sneak thru and protect your exposed skin.
  • Apply sunscreen 30 minutes before sun exposure. This buffer time will allow the ingredients penetrate your skin and be on guard once you go into the sun.
  • The sun is at it most potent between 10am and 4pm. So, take extra precautions during these times, wear a hat or seek shade plus wear your sunscreen.
  • Re apply your sunscreen! every 2 hours or less if you are very sensitive and burn easy. Always reapply after swimming.
  • Use a broad spectrum sunscreen 30 or more! *most daily moisturizers contain SPF 15 but are not full spectrum.
