As you might know by now, this is not my first attempt to go "blonde" or to dramatically change my hair colour...but finally success!

*please note: I'm not a hair stylist or colour specialist. It's been many many years of trial and errors on my own hair that I have learned what I can do and what I can not do to my own hair.
Please consult with a trained hair stylist to see what you can achieve.

I started out with a deep burgundy dark red processed hair. My step to step to get my colour is as follows:

Step 1
I used Splat hair bleach, left it on for about an hour and was very impressed on how much it lifted my dark colour.

Rinsed and used conditioning Toner that came with the splat bleach.

Step 2
Same day, (again please don't do this if you aren't sure how your hair will handle 2 bleach sessions in one day) 30 volume developer plus blue powder bleach. Ice cream line found at SDM, 45 minutes, rinse and condition.

Step 3
A few days later, I used again 30 volume developer plus blue powder bleach, 45 minutes, ice cream line.
Rinsed and deep conditioner.

Step 4
Waited a day and used 40 developer with very light ash platinum blonde and neutralizer (white) left to develop 45 minutes. Rinsed and conditioner.

Went and got a hair cut because my ends where still very brassy and had that yellow tone.  Cut about an inch off.

Step 5
Last step! Went to Sally's and bought a platinum liquid toner and mix it with 40 developer. Was support to leave on for about 10-15 minutes but lost track of time and left it in for about half hour.  My hair had a bit of a green hue :/ but I used my blue shampoo to remove it.

My hair grows very fast and roots have come in but since it's non processed hair, I've used 40 volume developer with the very light platinum blonde with neutralizer and it lift the colour nicely.

I use L'Oreal's colour renew tone correcting shampoo and conditioner every time I
